Power[]
When wishes to be 17 for the Hell of it, he took on new power, being able to outmatch his grown form, by far. He only has up to SSSJ, because now his SSSJ is more powerful than his DSSJ3.
Appearance[]
In this form, Ian looks nothing like his 24 year old counterpart, and has a strong resemblance to Broly. This form Ian has left his Vegito style clothes, and changed to the clothes to Broly.
Personality[]
Ian my have changed in appearance, but his personality is no different than before. Ian is still the fun-loving Saiyan from before.
