Ankh met SS when he was observing his Kamen Rider powers. Ankh was exceptionally good at coding and offered to help SS develop even more Kamen Rider forms. The two became "friends", if you can call it that.

Ankh is very judge mental of most beings, only seeing their flaws. He is cruel and will do whatever to get what he wants. Despite his rogue attitude, he understands that fighting for the peace of the universe is what's most important and will fight and aid SS in battle, giving him advice on the things he sees his opponent do.
